Meet your dietitian
Hey there! I’m Christine
I’m a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders and pediatric nutrition in Dubuque and throughout Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating everything from selective eating and nutrition concerns to ARFID, eating disorders, and challenges with food and body image.
I’ve practiced for over 15 years in Eastern Iowa, and I’m a mom to three, so I know mealtime stress firsthand. Nutrition doesn’t have to look perfect. My kids eat mac and cheese and ice cream too!

Dinner used to end in tears, usually mine. Christine helped us take the pressure off, and now my son is trying new foods on his own terms. Our table finally feels like a family table again.
Our daughter was diagnosed with ARFID and every meal felt like a negotiation. Christine gave us a plan that was gentle and practical, and her list of safe foods has more than doubled.
I spent twenty years on and off diets. Working with Christine, I finally stopped counting and started trusting my body again. Food feels like food now, not a test I keep failing.
I was nervous before every appointment, but Christine made recovery feel safe. She never judged me and helped me see food as fuel for the life I actually want to live.
Starting solids with our first baby was so overwhelming. Christine’s advice was practical and evidence-based, and she never once made me feel like I was doing it wrong.
